Cisco extends its Easy Lease

Networking giant extands availablitity of its SME finance package

Networking giant Cisco has extended the availability of its SME finance package until the end of December.

The vendor’s Easy Lease package was originally due to end last month.

The interest-free financing package is available to Cisco channel partners and customers. To qualify for the package, a project must comprise at least 70 per cent Cisco hardware, software and services.

Nigel Jenkins, director of European markets at Cisco Systems Capital, said: “Since the Easy Lease zero per cent finance package was launched, demand has been consistently high. It is clear that this package is instrumental in allowing SME companies to strategically invest in their IT.”

Bernie Dodwell, European security manager at Cisco distributor Westcon, said: “Finance and credit is always an important aspect for the SME community. Any extra access to this is good news for the channel.”
