Partner in crime

I was considering doing a bit of mutually beneficial business with another reseller recently and thought I should do a little research into the kind of people I might be dealing with.

Naturally, I consulted my journalist buddies, whose helpful advice didn't stretch much beyond "have you tried Googling them?"

Thanks, guys. I never would've thought of that. But it turns out even the most cursory of search engine enquiries threw up some surprisingly salacious revelations. It appears that my prospective business partner has been proffering their opinion in an online thread devoted to where to find women of dubious virtue in a certain part of the UK.

This person had also found themselves entangled in a bitter and vituperative slanging match about whether they were an unscrupulous (insert word not suitable for publication in a family magazine here).

Blimey - good job I checked. Sounds like my kind of person.
