Print vendor Ricoh has partnered consumer e-tailer Ebuyer.com on a deal for the latter to resell certain printer models.
According to a PR statement from Ricoh, Ebuyer.com is one of the UK's largest internet resellers of IT and consumer electronics.
"The partnership is exclusively linked to the new Meihua series of Ricoh printers and the SP100E and SP100su mono laser printers for the UK [home and small office] market," the vendor said.
However, over time the portfolio on offer would probably expand to all its laser and gel-based printer products and even projectors, it said.
Ebuyer.com currently attracts 3.7 million visits to its website every month and has 3.6 million registered users, according to Ricoh.
"Ebuyer.com offers over 34,000 branded and own-label product lines from consumer electronics including laptops, desktop PCs, tablets, televisions, hard drives, monitors, and photography, in addition to household appliances, office and stationery, home and garden products, and much more, with over 200 new product lines being introduced each week," it said.
