I was a retail shop assistant at a wine merchant. I worked there every weekend for three years so I must have been OK.

Doritos.
What has been your career high point to date?
The last 12 months at Accumuli - one acquisition (Signify), one disposal (Webscreen to Juniper) one earn-out settlement (Edge7) and announcing a maiden dividend.
Has 2013 been good, bad or ugly?
A good year: record profits, one disposal, one acquisition, one settlement and maiden dividend.
What do you say when asked at a party what you do for a living?
I work in IT security.
If I wasn't working in the channel I would probably be... working for or in a private equity backed business.
What will be the channel's biggest challenge in 2014?
Balancing the ability to offer great service with good people, skills and a differentiated story with vendor margins and over-distributed environments.
