C2000 moves for McGrane
InTechnology loses top security specialist to rival
InTechnology has lost one of its top security specialists to rival Computer 2000 (C2000).
Niall McGrane, divisional director for security at InTechnology, left last week and is set to take up a position at C2000’s Azlan division.
Mark McHale, UK sales director at InTechnology, said: “Niall has left the company. When we sold the Allasso business in Europe, our security practice needed to be looked at as a whole, and Niall looked at new opportunities. We wish him all the best.”
McHale confirmed that John Arnold will take over the position of divisional director for security from today.
Frank Coggrave, regional director UK and Ireland at security vendor Websense, an InTechnology vendor partner, said: “Niall has always been an asset to InTechnology. He was someone we were happy to deal with. We will follow his career with interest.”
Computer 2000 declined to comment as CRN went to press.
