Counting Kingston among its vendor allies, Simms International logged a 13 per cent revenue dip in calendar 2021 amid an "unpredictable" trading backdrop that fuelled a drop in consumer and workplace spending.
The memory specialist said it was "extremely proud" of its performance during the year, with CEO Andrew Henderson telling CRN that it hopes to match its 2021 revenue tally in 2022 (see below).

How is the chip shortage impacting you, and when will it end?
I think the chip shortages or supply chain challenges will continue into 2023 but this will depend on demand.
What, if any, role does distribution have to play when it comes to sustainability?
I think distribution has a vital part to play in sustainability.
