IP telephony vendor Mitel has launched its Smart reward sales incentive programme to encourage its resellers to provide more application-based sales.
The programme is available to all Mitel VARs in the UK and Ireland. The firm said the scheme will benefit partners that not only provide an IP offering to new or existing customers, but also look to supply additional applications on top of a sale.
Sara Hellon, channel marketing manager at Mitel, said: “We have redesigned the Smart reward package to stress the importance of including applications in any IP communications proposition.
“Existing and potential customers already understand that IP is the way forward. It is essential for us to include applications for resellers to add value and improve business processes and customer service.”
