Ben Davies takes reins at Comms-care
Channel support firm appoints Davies as its first managing director since 2008
Comms-care has appointed its first managing director since the tragic death of former chief Scott Yates in 2008.
Ben Davies (pictured), previously sales director and a founder of the channel network and IT support services provider in 2002, has stepped into the role.
Davies said in a statement: “I have been at Comms-care since its inception and it fills me with pride to see what the company has achieved over that time.
"To be given the reins as managing director of Comms-care is a great honour and I understand the enormity of this challenge.
“The company has ambitious growth plans over the next few years that will test every member of the Comms-care team, who I am sure will rise to the challenge,” he said.
Davies is the first managing director to be appointed by the board since the untimely death of Scott Yates in 2008.
He added: “When Scott and I set up Comms-care back in 2002 we could never have envisaged the success it has now become. It is testament to his vision and drive to become the industry’s leading ‘channel-only’ IT support organisation, that Comms-care is where it is today.
“Looking ahead, I now have the opportunity to build on all that hard work,” he said.
