Silver Curve boosts project resources

In-house project specialist hired to deploy retail signage

London audiovisual consultancy Silver Curve has hired a new project consultant.

According to Silver Curve managing director Bryan Crotaz, more support is needed on its large-scale projects at two retailers so Adrian Heather, from AMX operations, has been appointed.

"Heather will provide both consultancy and Agile project management to two major UK retail signage rollouts, one of which is a blue chip high street retailer, and the other is 1,800 digital menu boards in a food franchise. His experience will prove invaluable," Crotaz said in a statement.

Heather would also help with the latter stages of a deployment at Lord's cricket ground of four signage screens for scoring, replacing the old teletext system, he said.

At AMX, Heather worked on projects at locations including St Pancras, telecoms provider O2 and Terminal Five at Heathrow.

Heather said his experience in the signage industry goes from traditional craft to digital print and now modern digital displays, across many verticals.

"This included advice on content design and strategy, as well as regularly reviewing and evolving the system design," he said.
