Outsourcery targets more VARs in recruitment drive

More business and good margins available for the right partners, claims company

Cloud services provider Outsourcery is trying to recruit more VARs for its cloud products and services.

Damon Crawford, sales operations director at Outsourcery, said in a PR statement that the firm has launched a reseller recruitment drive.

"We offer partners the opportunity to develop with us their own propositions or even rebrand our products and services and add them to their own portfolios. We provide all the training, sales and marketing resources resellers need to win new business and service existing customers while maintaining contractual ownership," Crawford promised.

"Not only that, but we will give our channel partners access to our internal control panel, so they can log into their customers' accounts to manage their services."

Crawford said the market for cloud services is expanding as businesses realise there is a chance they can reduce their operating costs.

"It is possible to integrate cloud-based services alongside existing on-premise offerings in a way that will boost revenue without sacrificing customers that are not yet ready to make the jump themselves," he added.

"We are already helping a growing number of VARs build their own cloud proposition and sales model, to earn excellent margins while increasing the value of their business."

Outsourcery also offers training and "dedicated account management" to complement its suite of cloud services.

"All too often the channel is confronted with the very real threat of losing customers to cloud vendors. Our proposition enables VARs to secure that customer by incorporating cloud service offerings with on-premise," he said.
