Warrington distributor VIP Computers has established a new business unit to focus on boosting sales of monitors and displays.
Dave Stevinson [pictured], sales director at VIP, said that the firm would step up its emphasis on monitor opportunities over the next year or two, and 3D displays would be a particular focus.
"Growth in this [3D] market is particularly encouraging," he added.
The new Display Monitor business unit will be headed by recently appointed product manager Louise Doyle.
Doyle said getting the right products at the right price will be key in the market.
"I have already established some key relationships for VIP with the vendors," she added.
