Barcode printing, labelling and RFID vendor Sato has deployed sales representatives locally to help members of its Prestige partner programme.
"Previously, members of Sato's Prestige Partner Programme in the UK had a national channel manager as their main point of contact. However, now they have increased support through a dedicated local sales representative, which gives them better on-the-ground support," a spokeswoman said.
The new sales representatives were being introduced locally to help resellers with matters such as joint customer visits and product demonstrations. They will be "on hand to help with all enquiries", from product queries to training requirements, she promised.
Prestige Partner Programme members also receive other product and support services, as well as training, access to field engineers and a local technical helpdesk.
