Security vendor Webroot has boosted its standing as a security software-as-a-service (SaaS) player with the signing of Cloudmore as a Master Reseller Partner.
Stockholm-based Cloudmore will now push Webroot's security SaaS offerings into its base of reseller partners across Scandinavia, the UK and Ireland. The Swedish firm will slot the security vendor's wares into its existing SaaS portfolio and will bundle the technology with complementary offerings, such as hosted email.
Cloudmore chief executive Michael Wilander said: "As the Cloudmore brand grows, we look to offer our partner base the very best SaaS solutions available on the market. With Webroot we have found a vendor that has the technological strength and breadth of email, web and email archive services for our growing reseller channel to benefit from."
Webroot operates a single-tier channel model, and Cloudmore will give the vendor a further route to market.
"Webroot is totally focused on extending its European channel strategy and values its partner relationships highly," said Ian Moyse, Webroot EMEA channel director. "Cloudmore brings a new model to the channel."
