Distributor Midwich is looking to increase its workforce as part of its growth and development plans.
The Norfolk-based firm aims to recruit the majority of the 14 roles in sales as well as additional back-office and marketing positions.
Midwich, which recruited 12 new staff last summer, has moved to a new office to accommodate its growing headcount.
Darren Lewitt, AV director at Midwich, which is based in Diss, said finding staff outside London can be challenging.
"In Norfolk, we find filling positions quite difficult. However, once we have filled them, people stay on with us for longer," he added.
"It is a double-edged sword; if we were in the south-east, we would find it harder to hang on to good staff. In Norfolk, there is no competition and staff enjoy their way of life.
"As we grow, we always look to add more people."
